Come and try Walking Netball

Come and try Walking Netball

A group of us are playing walking netball on Friday mornings (11-12) at Newham Leisure Centre. It's great fun! We warm up, do some passing/catching/shooting exercises, then after a fun practice shooting competition, we play a match or 2. We have a bit of a giggle now and again, a little bit of friendly completion and some very good exercise. It feels like it's doing us a lot of good and we always walk out smiling (and wiping our brows!) We would welcome anyone else who wants to join us. Come and try it :-)
