Classes are available in a range of genres to help boost your energy, meet new people and build your dance skills. Sessions are adapted for seated exercise, making them accessible for everyone.
As with all activities, members take part at their own risk. Please only join in if you feel comfortable, and look after your own health, safety and belongings.

We are delighted to announce the next full programme of walks and gallery visits for December/January All events are £10, no refunds.

The sessions for December /January will launch on Tuesday 1st December from 17.00
Our Christmas based walks proved very popular last year and were fully booked almost as soon as advertised. So don't delay book up on launch day. There will of course be waiting lists for each session.
