This group is for anyone who is interested in visiting local exhibitions and galleries. We plan to organise a trip every two months. Our first visit was to The William Morris Museum. Since then we have also arranged visits to Temple Place, Sadlers Wells theatre, The Nunnery Gallery in Bow, Battersea Power Station, the National Portrait Gallery and the Stitches in Time exhibition in Limehouse.
Gallery and Cultural trips are advertised to all members via email and everyone is welcome to join in.

London Region of U3As Walks and Gallery Visits September/October 2026
We are delighted to announce the next full programme of walks and gallery visits for September/October. All events are £10, no refunds. The programme can be found on the eventspage of the website.
The sessions for September/October will launch on Thursday 20th August 2026 from 10.00
All of our walks/gallery visits have proved very popular and been fully booked almost as soon as advertised. So don't delay book up on launch day. There will of course be waiting lists for each session.
As members of Newham U3A you can access all the free events, workshops and talks covering a host of different subjects offered by the National U3A trust.
